“When somebody has a breakthrough innovation, it is rarely one little thing. Very rarely, is it one little thing. It’s usually a whole bunch of things that collectively amount to a huge innovation.” -Elon musk
Inspiration
My original goals for Creativity And Innovation were to design a logo, choose font for startup name, get documents needed to register a trademark, and register domain name and find host. I have been stumped on a logo and because the name I have chosen does having branding value I cannot tread lightly when creating it a logo because a logo may make or break a brand. I didn’t get to everything else because the logo was, to me the key to the accomplishing the other goal. I did accomplish acquiring the proper outlook on how to go about starting a startup. Through research for assignment I found many resources I was previously unaware of, inspiring me to buy many books on the subject of design thinking, innovation, creativity and the gig economy, since it is the market I will be competing for. I gained a deeper understanding of the word Innovation and for my product to be truly innovative it must change the market it is competing in or it must create a market of its own and in doing so constantly improve on its innnoation.. This course gave me a great foundation of ideas to start building my future and hopefully the futures us all on. I learned that if successful the best route is Social Entrepreneurship. Helping to change the world for the betterment of all people was already the goal so putting a name one it was even more of an incentive. Creativity And Innovation inspired me to reevaluated aspects of my product and how I will approach solving the problems of the freelance worker by really digging deep into the needs of the gig worker and how my product might help to shape a better gig economy. A quote from Thomas Edison to me really explained to outlook I gained from this course, “I have not failed (but) found 10,000 ways that won’t work” ~ Thomas Edison
The unknown
In the face of an unknown future, you must act. You can spend all day analyzing and planning for what’s to come. If you do, you’ll inevitably waste time on false predictions and planning.
To overcome the fear of the unknown, start with action. Use your common sense and some simple research to make a strategic move. After you do, learn from your findings, and then act again.

Inspiration
There have to be reasons that you get up in the morning and you want to live. Why do you want to live? What’s the point? What inspires you? What do you love about the future? If the future does not include being out there among the stars and being a multi-planet species, I find that incredibly depressing.
The future of Dreams
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
~Eleanor Roosevelt
